3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

3.1. Appointment Confirmation: All online bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a notification via WhatsApp or Phone Call from our consultants. 3.2. Punctuality: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. 3.3. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes. Failure to show up or late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of deposits or a deduction from pre-paid packages.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1. All prices listed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 4.2. We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. 4.3. Payments made for promotional vouchers or packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
