REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Beauty Avenue Skin Medispae, we strive to provide the highest quality beauty and wellness services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for both our clients and our center in accordance with the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999.
1. Single Session Treatments

Refunds: Payments for single-session treatments are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a single appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.
2. Treatment Packages (Future Services Contracts)
In compliance with Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999, clients who have purchased a treatment package (multiple sessions) have the right to cancel the contract at any time.
If you choose to cancel an unutilized or partially utilized package, the refund will be calculated as follows:

Utilized Sessions: The sessions already consumed will be charged at their full single-session retail price (not the discounted package rate).

Administrative Fee: A cancellation fee of 5% of the total package price will be deducted.

Product Costs: Any products taken home as part of the package or used during sessions are non-refundable and will be deducted at their retail value.

Balance Refund: The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 14 working days of the cancellation approval.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Promotional Items: Services or packages sold as “Flash Sales” or “Limited Time Giveaways” may be non-refundable, provided they do not fall under the “Future Services” definition.

Deposits: Booking deposits are non-refundable if the client fails to show up (No-Show) or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Skincare Products: For hygiene reasons, sold skincare products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened or used, unless they are proven to be defective or cause a medically documented allergic reaction.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit Request: Email us at [Insert Email] or visit our center to fill out a Refund Request Form.

Review: Our management will review the usage records and calculate the eligible refund amount based on the legal formula mentioned above.

Approval: Once approved, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or to the original payment method. Please note that credit card processing fees from banks are beyond our control.
5. Medical Reasons
If a client is unable to continue a treatment package due to a medical condition (e.g., pregnancy, skin contraindications verified by a doctor), Beauty Avenue will prioritize an exchange of services or a package freeze. If a refund is still requested, the standard cancellation terms in Section 2 will apply.
